Kevin Gangel
CEO and co-founder
Kevin Gangel is the Unstoppable CEO and co-founder. He has grown an award-winning professional services firm from $0 - $15M, been a Chief Environmental Officer, taught Board Governance, been a certified Mediator and Negotiator, and speaks for TEC Canada, the McKay CEO Forums, and the Canada Speakers Bureau.
A fierce champion for the environment and for Justice and Equity, he is the source of Unstoppable being a certified B Corp and a 1% for the Planet Member. He has a passion for organizations that are committed to impacting the UNSDGs, the world’s to-do list, and you can frequently find him at sustainability and social impact conferences.
Vik Maraj
Head of Design and Delivery, and co-founder
Vik is the Head of Design and Delivery and co-founder at Unstoppable. He helped create and lead an international high-growth education company, developed curriculum and taught hostage negotiation for Canada's National Police, resolved international disputes within the UN, and galvanized an almost unthinkable billion-dollar collaboration between some of the world's largest energy companies, academics, and local stakeholders.
He has a unique ability to "hear" what's not being said and see into the blindspots of both individuals and groups. His work is in service of a world that works for everyone. His coaching and consulting have dramatically shifted the future for governments, corporations, boards, and NGOs. He has worked with leaders at almost every level including Ministers, National Ambassadors, and Multinational CEOs and their executive teams as well as school principals, parents, and small town leaders. For Vik, the human condition is the one thing that binds us all.
Dr. Tanyss Munro
Sector Lead
Dr. Tanyss Munro is the Unstoppable sector lead for NGOs, Non-Profits, Indigenous communities, International Development, and Law Enforcement. She has been a Director of Education, treaty advisor to the Federation of Indigenous Sovereign Nations, and senior policy advisor to the Government of Canada.
Dr. Munro created and directed the international Good Governance program for the Commonwealth of Learning, and co-founded Amarok Society, providing education to some of the poorest children in the world through teaching neighbourhood mothers who then teach children in micro-schools. In 2012, Dr. Munro received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Award in recognition of her remarkable success in the fields of education and development domestically and internationally.
Wendy Schneider
Sector Lead
Wendy Schneider is the Unstoppable sector lead for Municipalities, Rural, Food, and Agriculture. She is the founder of Green Hectares, the creator of the Conscious Ecology platform, a successful rancher with international accolades as a breeder, a mentor for the Global Institute for the Empowerment of Women, and a proud grandmother of 5.
Her expertise ranges from difficult conversations to effective organizational cultures and executive coaching. A particular passion is community transformation, bringing youth, business, governments, Indigenous communities, and the non-profit sector together to make a real difference in the community, balancing economic development with social infrastructure.
Sheryl Pearson, MSW, LLB
Senior Delivery Partner
As an established leader in the work of transformation, Sheryl brings with her nearly a decade of experience leading seminars to hundreds of people on integrity, responsibility, authenticity and purpose, and coaching people to be highly effective leaders in their communities, businesses, families and relationships.
After obtaining her bachelors degree in social work, she soon expanded her career to include the practice of law by obtaining her masters degree in social work and a bachelors of law. Over the past 20 years Sheryl has honed her skills in dispute resolution, decision making, legal analysis and policy development. The focus of her work over the past 10 years has been on powerful resolution of professional misconduct complaints and innovative policy design. She has recently started to work with groups, organizations and corporations to develop their leadership.
She is passionate about professional responsibility and empowering people to make the biggest difference possible in whatever field, industry or environment they work.
In her spare time, you will find her chillaxing with her kids, cats and husband, or on the ice, doing what she loves - figure skating.

Bill Broussard
With over forty years of experience consulting in Fortune 500 companies, Bill Broussard is an internationally recognized leader in the design and implementation of results-based transformation. He has extensive experience designing and managing large-scale engagements that use a variety of base platforms for breakthrough projects.
Bill was the founder and managing partner at King Chapman & Broussard Consulting Group and the managing partner at King Chapman Broussard and Gallagher, Inc., a national career consulting firm. His clients include some of the major forces shaping the future of medical services, telecommunications, energy, financial services, manufacturing, and heavy industry. Bill’s work focuses on producing results that redefine the way business is done in his clients’ industries. At one automobile manufacturing company, his work in silo breaking led to a new definition for strategic deployment of senior management and professionals as teams. At a copper mining company, he assisted in the creation of a new partnership between labor and management. The “Miracle at Magma” was benchmarked by government and industry alike.
Bill holds a PhD from the University of Houston, and a B.S. and an M.S. from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed psychologist and an active participant and lecturer in continuing education seminars.
Theresa Jabbour
Theresa Jabbour is Founder and Principal of Resonance Consulting. She has been engaged in transformational Training, Coaching and Consulting for over 30 years and has lead Communication Workshops to more than 12,000 people in Canada, The United States, New Zealand, Switzerland, England, and France.
Theresa supports companies in expanding their business opportunities and in creating fully engaged teams. She does this by altering the way they communicate as well as the way they relate to the future.
From her many years of real-world experience, she has identified the key components to operating with excellence in business and in life. It is clear to her that in our increasingly transparent world, operating with excellence is critical to the success and expansion of your business.
Theresa has an Honor’s Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Linguistics, as well as a Bachelor of Education.
She lives in Toronto, Canada with her husband, Simon.
